The service is set up to run for 60 days and it contains the following:

1. Installation of Wizard Control Center
2. An initial status report
3. Monitoring 24/7 over 60 days, where alerts can be automatically created and sent to the you and the customer
4. After 60 days we give you a final status report with the changes compared with the initial status report
5. We present the findings of these two reports to you and our conclusions
6. You present this report to your customer with your recommendations for changes and improvements.
