With a long career as a specialist in company and commercial law, he has overseen his share of mergers and acquisitions, that required well-defined processes. And after extensive commercial experience running the show for a variety of organizations, he has learned the value of individual talent.

At Debriefing Software, he wants to help build a constructive and targeted atmosphere in an organization where he believes professional excellence can thrive.

Kristian Thyregod

Kristian has a straightforward, facts-based style, and he’s using it to help Debriefing Software capitalize on its potential – now!

For the past 25 years, Kristian has been translating highly complex issues into strategic, tactical and operational essentials that drive results.

Kristian is a leader in sales (direct & channel), marketing, product marketing and general management and he is a driving force on over half a dozen boards.

Whenever technologies, markets and industry business models transition, there are opportunities for diligent companies to engage and influence the transition scenarios. Debriefing Software appears to be such a diligent company.

Jesper Matthiesen

Jesper is right where he wants to be, at the center of the action

As co-owner of the company, Jesper finds it natural to be deeply involved in strategic decisions and to share his daily experiences with the rest of the board.

His mission on the board is clear: to communicate to the other members the dynamics of the company. Dynamics that result in helping resellers and customers get more out of their storage management.

And in the process, if they’ve created top-notch products and a great working place for employees,  well that’s just fine with Jesper.

Often I find seemingly impossible goals the most attractive. Doing things differently is an integral part of my personality.
